Grey Matter, together with Amanda Berlyn from Station Yard Studios are teaming up to stream their regular Wednesday lunchtime yoga sessions live to anyone in the community that would like to join in.

This is an open class for beginners, or people who have yoga in their life already & enjoy a varied practice. It has been set up to continue strengthening & supporting the community in Ashburton, & surrounding area, at a time when coming to Station Yard Studios might not be possible.
You will need comfortable clothing. A yoga mat would be helpful, as would pillows & a blanket. Find a place that allows you to lie down with ease & gives plenty of room for your arms to move freely over your head & beside your body.
