BUSINESS SUPPORT
NHS ADVICE
Advice for everyone, together with information about the virus is available from the NHS web site.
The government has set out a package of support for businesses affected by COVID-19. Details of the support and other information for businesses in the Teignbridge area can be accessed through the Teignbridge District Council Business Support web page.
FOOD & SHOPPING
Whilst large chains are struggling to meet demand, Ashburton's shops and businesses have pulled together and adapted to support the community - with phone orders and free delivery options. Now is the time to shop local to support a great service and our local businesses!
Many local pubs, restaurants and cafes are also offering deliveries and takeaways - you can even have ice cream delivered!

TAKING CARE OF YOU
Social distancing, the news and the uncertainty take their toll so it is important to look after yourself and stay occupied. The NHS offers some great practical advice and other helpful resources. If you are feeling anxious or low, the Mind web site can be a great help with lots of advice and suggestions.
Don't forget that you can also phone the help line and chat to someone on 01364 255919.

STAY SAFE ONLINE
Cyber criminals are exploiting the current Covid-19 pandemic in an increasing number of scams taking advantage of the increasing number of home workers and others who are anxious about coronavirus.
The National Cyber Security Centre has updates and advice to help individuals and businesses protect themselves. Simple explanations and advice are also available from Which? and Good Housekeeping.
