CASUAL VACANCY
NOTICE OF A CASUAL VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF TOWN COUNCILLOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a casual vacancy has occurred in the office of Town Councillor for the above named Parish.
The vacancy will be filled by the Town Council unless within 14 working days from the date hereof notice as ndicated below is given requiring an election to be held.
An election to fill the vacancy will be held if notice in writing is given to the Chief Executive, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4XX by TEN local government electors for the said Town requiring that an election be held, in which event the election will be held within 60 days from the date of this notice.
Any such notice must be received by the Chief Executive by not later than the 16 February 2012.
