From Exeter take the A38 past Trago Mills take the second turn on the left marked "Woodland", drive past "Parkers Farm" to the top of the hill. As you drop down the hill "Combe Lodge" is the first house on the right hand side.
From Plymouth , Drive past Ashburton and take the A383 to Newton Abbot, cross over the A38 and take the first right, rejoin the A38 and take the 2nd left marked "Woodland". You will now follow the road past "Parkers Farm" as above.
