Our short courses include Italian, modern vegetarian, seafood, chillies, express dinner parties and french cooking. We offer one of the country's only cookery courses specially designed for men and are launching a new course Gastro! which teaches participants modern British cooking to restaurant standards using local and seasonal produce. Our longer courses include an intensive week long introduction to professional cooking, Pressure Cooks and our four week basic certificate - a great grounding for those considering catering as a career. |
