Vintage Emporium
Tues - Sat 8.30 - 17.00
Vintage Emporium will take you back to a long forgotten era. It's all about a cosy style and mixing old with new. On entering this box of delights you are welcomed by the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald and the Chick Webb orchestra whilst browsing through an eclectic mix of vintage pieces including furniture, linens, eiderdowns, country quilts, cottage style baskets, materials sold by the yard, hand made soap, and pretty ribbons and trimmings all from a wonderful haberdashery counter full of coloured cottons, jars of vintage buttons and crocheted flowers. We hand make as many luxury pieces as we can when time allows, such as soft furnishing like cushions, embroidered delightful bags, soft and cosy scarves to keep out the winter chill, and lavender filled mice. Its a magpie's collection of trinkets and truly delightful things which changes from week to week as each unique treasure is a one off piece. To add a touch of romance all our fresh flowers are locally and organically grown. The flowers are "pure country" in style and some even look vintage and change with the seasons. Take a step back in time and bring something of ours home with you.
